Refund and Returns Policy
At Madcaf Coffee, we take great pride in serving and delivering high-quality coffee and products. We want every customer to have a satisfying experience with us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Returns and Replacements
Because our coffee and food items are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- There was a quality issue verified by our team

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment confirmation) is required.
Once your request is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used coffee packs, food products, or beverages
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
Our team will review and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is approved due to a Madcaf Coffee error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
