Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At MADCAF, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains under what conditions you may cancel an order, how to request cancellation, and what happens after cancellation.
2. When you can cancel your order
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible through email or phone (contact details are given in our Contact Us page).
3. How to request a cancellation
To cancel an order, send us a request containing your order number, name, email/phone, and reason for cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.
4. Cancellation Fees / Charges
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you refuse delivery or cancel after the order has been shipped, we reserve the right to treat it as a return; shipping costs and any applicable handling or restocking charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason (for example, if you simply don’t want the order anymore), the cancellation may be considered void and refund may not be issued.
5. Refund Process after Cancellation
Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days of confirming cancellation (once we receive the cancelled package, if applicable).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the original payment was made online (card / UPI / net-banking), the refund will be credited back to the same account.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional 2–7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Items Not Eligible for Cancellation / Return
Customized / personalized items (if any), hygiene or perishable products, or items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” during purchase cannot be cancelled or returned.
Items already dispatched cannot be cancelled — only returns may be processed, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Cancellation by MADCAF
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
If the item is out of stock after you place the order, or unavailable due to supplier issues.
If there was an error in the listing (wrong price, wrong description, etc.).
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as shipping problems or natural calamities.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund (including applicable shipping charges) via the original payment method.
8. How We Communicate the Policy
This Cancellation Policy is accessible at all times from the footer of our website.
During checkout and in order confirmation emails you will be asked to accept our Cancellation & Return Policies.
We recommend checking these policies before placing an order so that you know your rights.
9. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations or applicable laws. The latest version will always be published on this page. Customers placing new orders are subject to the updated policy.
