- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Some remote or restricted regions may experience limited delivery services depending on courier availability.
3. Delivery Time

- Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote areas might take longer.

8. Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not discard the packaging until our support team has reviewed the issue.

9. Order Cancellations After Dispatch
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
